Proposed Paratransit Plan Updates for Lift Line
In an effort to improve service, RGRTA is proposing an updated paratransit plan for Lift Line and we invite you to learn more at one of our four Public Information Sessions. Our presentation will include information about a revised certification process, outline of fares available to paratransit-certified customers, scheduling procedures, a description of the paratransit service area and a regional mobility management plan.
Our Public Information Sessions will provide customers the opportunity to weigh in and ask questions about the proposed updates. On July 19, we'll hold an official Public Hearing to formally present the proposal and accept comments on the public record.
A sign language interpreter will be available at all public information sessions and the public hearing. To schedule a ride to a public information session or the public hearing, please call Lift Line at 585-224-8330.
