RTS to Implement Service Changes Starting at Noon Due to Planned Demonstrations in Downtown Rochester

Rochester, NY: Due to planned demonstrations in Downtown Rochester today, Regional Transit Service (RTS) is implementing the following service changes starting at noon.

Route Detours:

RTS buses will avoid Main Street from Plymouth to University, with routes detoured via the Inner Loop. The detour information is included in the table below and will be in place from noon until the end of the service day, unless additional changes are made.

Hall of Justice Bus Stop:

Due to the proximity of the Hall of Justice to the planned demonstrations, RTS will stop servicing the Hall of Justice Bus Stop starting at Noon. The Hall of Justice is serviced by routes 81 Fairport, 82 Penfield, 84 Eastview, 101 Avon, 102 Newark/Lyons and 103 Brockport. Customers who use this stop should go to the RTS Transit Center to board their bus.
