HONOR (Helping Our Neighbors with Options for Rides) Foundation

The HONOR Foundation is not accepting applications at this time due to a lack of funding. We apologize for the inconvenience and working to raise funding.

If you have been approved for our RTS Access transportation service but have difficulty paying for it, you may be a candidate for our HONOR Foundation. It’s a non-profit foundation created for customers who need help paying for transportation services.

The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) was set up to insure that customers who can’t use our regular bus routes still have access to dependable and affordable transportation. As more and more people with disabilities participate in community life, transportation needs to be available to help them move around.

To find out whether you might qualify for HONOR Foundation funds we ask that you fill out an application The HONOR Foundation board will review your application. If you qualify for HONOR funding, you will receive bus passes good for use on RTS Access.
