Lost Items

If you lose an item:

·         Call our 585-589-0707 as soon as possible.

·         Leave a voicemail message with the description of the item and your name and contact information. You will be contacted if your item is found.

Although RTS Orleans is not responsible for items left on the bus, we do our best to find and return as many as we can.
