Effective Monday, May 17, 2021:

How to Pay

Payment remains the same: please pay with exact change or with a RTS Access punch pass.

Note:

• The $18 and $20 passes are being discontinued.
• A new $20 Value Pass will replace the old passes, and will have 11, $2 punches.
• $18 and $20 passes will be accepted until May 17, 2022. All $18 and $20 passes will be void after this time.

Waiting for the Bus

• Once the pickup window begins, we will wait no more than five (5) minutes for you to board the bus. This is called “the waiting period.”  
• If you are not outside and ready within this time, we will assign a no-show violation.

Find your Service Area

Our interactive map will let you enter an address and see where it falls within the service area.

• View the map (opens in new window). Note if your address is in the Blue, Green, Orange, or Gray areas.

Grandfathering Service

RTS Access will not be grandfathering service. Your address may be in an Orange or Gray service area. Please review the interactive map for more details.

Scheduling Service

• For Green, Blue and Orange areas on the service map, you can schedule service seven (7) days in advance
• For the Gray area of the service map, you can schedule one (1) day in advance.
• For trip requests to/from Orange or Gray areas, service ends at 10 pm, Monday-Friday.
