Public Listening Sessions will take place on Route 12 - 19th Ward/MCC buses

To make it easier for customers to provide feedback about Route 12 - 19th Ward/MCC, RTS representatives will be on board at peak times to take down customer comments. Dates and times for the listening sessions are 7 to 10 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 7, and 3 to 6 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 9.

Customers will be asked to give their opinion about where they board, disembark, how they feel about the service and whether they like or dislike the route. The Public Listening Sessions are part of RTS’ multi-year Service Development Plan, which was developed to optimize and evaluate existing routes. Public Listening Sessions are part of RTS’ ongoing effort to provide safe, reliable, and convenient public transportation to customers and to make it easier and faster for them to reach top destinations located along their route. Route optimization works toward RTS’ mission to be the community’s provider and partner for safe, reliable, and convenient public transportation that more and more people can build their lives around.

Route 12 - 19th Ward/MCC currently operates in and around Genesee, Strong Memorial Hospital and East Henrietta Road locations.

Customers who are unable to provide feedback during the on-board listening sessions may comment by emailing Planning@myRTS.com or by contacting RTS Customer Service at (585) 288-1700.
