RTS has scheduled two Open House sessions for Thursday, July 9. The informal one-hour sessions are scheduled for 8 a.m. and noon, and will take place on the Clinton Avenue side of RTS Transit Center, 71 Clinton Avenue, Rochester.
RTS Representatives will be available to answer questions about general service and scheduling, including paratransit service RTS Access, and the use of tools like Where’s My Bus? Representatives from RTS Planning will also be on site to answer questions and accept feedback about the ongoing Vanpool study and proposed RTS service changes, including the redesign of Route 51 S. Goodman/Clinton and pilot Route 150 Dewey Limited.
Open Houses are an important part of RTS’ planning process. The events allow us to answer questions about current service and to hear what customers think about proposed planning. For those unable to attend an Open House, feedback is welcome at any time online. Please email us at Monroe@myRTS.com.
