RTS to Provide Free Bus Rides on New Year’s Eve

NYE.jpg Rochester, NY: RTS announced today that it will provide free bus rides on New Year’s Eve. The offer applies to all routes and will begin at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 31, 2015, and will last until the final bus lineup at 1:00 a.m. on Friday, January 1, 2016. Customers will pay the regular fare of $1 per ride starting at 4:45 a.m. on Friday, January 1, 2016.

“We’re glad to provide free service on New Year’s Eve to help residents enjoy what our communities have to offer and get home safely,” said Bill Carpenter, CEO of RTS. “On behalf of everyone at RTS, I wish the entire community a safe, happy and healthy holiday season.”
