Is your organization looking to buy multiple bus passes?

To place an order today, please call Customer Service at 585-288-1700.  

To place future orders, follow these steps:

1. Download and complete the credit approval form.
2. Upload a scanned .pdf copy of the completed form at myRTS.com/contact-us  or mail a print copy to RTS Customer Service at 1372 East Main Street, Rochester, NY 14609. Allow 2 to 3 weeks to process the application.
3. After you receive approval as a vendor, log in to myRTS.com/buy-passes. Then, click the “Order Bulk Passes” link to submit an order.   Please allow 3-5 business days for processing and shipping.

About RTS Passes

Passes can be bought online (which will be mailed to you), at Ticket Vending Machines at the RTS Transit Center and at our main office at 1372 East Main Street. 

You may also buy a pass on the bus through the farebox. Please tell the Bus Operator you want to buy an All-Day Pass BEFORE putting money into the farebox.

To avoid being victim of fraudulent or forged passes, customers should purchase fare passes only from a bus' farebox, a ticket vending machine, or myRTS.com.  RTS Go cards can be purchased through the Transit app, myRTS.com, a ticket vending machine, or through a partner retail location.
